About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our clients with daily activities
  • Supporting their care plans to establish routine
  • Ensuring the client feels safe, and stable within their day-to-day care
  • Personal Care
  • Administering medication (if required)
  • Supporting service users with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids, hoists, wheelchairs, modified bathing equipment
