We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Accounts team at MotorSport Vision. This role is a key function within the business, responsible for managing the Sales Ledger and ensuring timely payments from customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Sales Ledger, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records
- Collate sales agreement forms and raise invoices and credit notes
- Resolve discrepancies on individual accounts promptly
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues
- Reconcile customer accounts as necessary
- Produce Sales Ledger reports as required
- Support other members of the finance team
- Previous credit control or sales ledger experience
- Ability to work as part of a wider finance function
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong Microsoft package experience
