Financial Planning Administrator

As a key member of our Senior Partner Practice - St James's Place Wealth Management team, you will provide technical administration support to our financial advisers and paraplanners.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing back office administration, processes, compliance, and workflow
- Issuing letters of authority to providers and chasing financial institutions for requested information
- Writing client annual review letters, fund switch letters, and other compliance letters
- Preparing client files for meetings and responding to client enquiries
- Liaising with third parties, administration centres, and paraplanners
- Drafting and proof-reading documents, including client correspondence and illustrations
- Using Salesforce to adhere to compliance requirements and maintaining back office systems with client data
- Providing regular status updates to clients and completing illustrations and applications for new business
- Processing business and chasing through to completion, as well as managing the business pipeline and case tracking
- Ensuring compliance requirements are met and providing weekly updates to the Partner/Adviser
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Financial Planning Administrator role
- Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
- Strong knowledge of investments and pensions
- Financial Services qualifications are desired
