Job Title: 1st/ 2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Radius is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end-users via remote technologies and telephone support. You will also have the flexibility to attend customer sites to provide on-site support as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for all endpoints, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Support Microsoft Windows Desktop/Server Operating System, Microsoft 365 product suite, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • Manage user and group accounts, including creation and deletion, and provide desktop and mobile device management.
  • Diagnose hardware faults on Windows, Android, and iOS devices.
  • Understand TCP/IP networking and have experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Apply ITIL workflows and practices, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and Request Fulfilment.
  • Work to defined SLAs and KPIs, and have confidence in pursuing necessary investigations and applying theories to ensure data and system integrity.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop/Server Operating System, Microsoft 365 product suite, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • Proven experience supporting user and group management, desktop and mobile device management, and hardware fault diagnosis.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking and experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL workflows and practices, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and Request Fulfilment.
  • Ability to work to defined SLAs and KPIs.
