We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a Playworker, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for children, planning and executing engaging activities, and providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver structured and exciting activities that promote maximum participation and engagement.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care, adhering to all relevant policies and protocols.
  • Provide refreshments and maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute activities, ensuring age and skill appropriateness.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, parents, children, and schools.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks for equipment and kit.
