About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Physical Health Nurse to join our team at Bromley Road Hospital. As a Physical Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellbeing for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of physical health needs of service users
  • Support colleagues and promote good teamwork with the multidisciplinary team
  • Monitor observations and assessments to identify actions that need to be addressed and documented
