Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Project Manager to join our HR Strategy and Transformation team. This role will work closely with the wider HR team to deliver and lead projects that have a significant impact on both internal HR processes and external business operations.

About the Role

This position is responsible for all project delivery within the team, with direct project management responsibility for larger and more complex programs of work. The successful candidate will support in the initial stages of potential projects, scoping details and requirements to support prioritization of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project management support to HR-led projects, including local inclusion and engagement initiatives, HR process mapping and continuous improvement projects, harmonization activity, and business unit-led project work related to people.
  • Support the lead HR Project Manager in delivering regulatory reporting, such as gender pay reporting, and respond to ad-hoc requests from clients.
  • Coordinate and collate external client information requests and RFP questionnaires.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably within HR or a related field.
  • Experience of M&A activity within EMEA, with global experience desirable.
  • Strong influencing skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and strong organizational skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills, knowledge of data protection regulations, flexibility to work in a global team, and experience working across EMEA and/or within a global organization.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
