About the Job
As Assistant Garden Centre Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of colleagues across the store, taking responsibility for the centre when the Centre Manager is absent. You will work closely with department heads to maximize sales opportunities and develop your team's skills in customer service, merchandising standards, and product knowledge.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with a background in garden retail, preferably with supervisor experience and a passion for driving sales. You will have a strong understanding of the retail world and be able to take initiative in developing best practices and overseeing the organization. You will work closely with the Garden Centre Manager and be a professional supervisor who can respond to challenges and remain composed under pressure.
