Clinical Unit Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Unit Manager to work in a leading nursing home based in the UK. You will be working for a reputable healthcare provider that offers residents the highest standards of care, comfort, and support within a safe and homely environment.
The successful candidate will be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin and will be responsible for promoting, monitoring, and implementing standards for resident care within the unit environment. This will involve evaluating through clinical governance and audit, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring effective communication across the multidisciplinary team.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leading on formal care reviews with commissioning Trust
- Ensuring all Care records, risk assessment, audit, and any other agreed outcome measures are an integral part of the patients care
- Providing an appropriate care plan which is written with the resident and documenting the resident's progression against these in care notes
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people and will possess excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills. They will also be quality driven with a desire to continually improve themselves and our services.
The successful Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary of £21.50 per hour and the annual salary is £43,043 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role for 38.5 hours a week working through days. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a range of benefits including:
