Job Overview:

Aberdeenshire Council is currently recruiting for the position of IT Support Specialist. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the smooth operation of the council's IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical assistance to staff and external customers
• Maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software
• Configuring and managing networks and cybersecurity measures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range:

Approximately £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
