IKEA is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen & Bedroom Measurement Technician to join their team in Reading. As a Service Fulfilment Operations Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers in their kitchens and bedrooms.
This role involves travelling to customers' homes to provide measuring services. With a focus on excellent customer service, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in measurement or a related field would be advantageous.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for career progression and professional development.
