- Team Performance: Maintain precise performance metrics aligned with team objectives, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Credit Note Issuance: Issue credit notes as required to facilitate smooth transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial accuracy.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Process Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to enhance process efficiency, driving innovation and excellence within the Credit Control department.
- Project Support: Contribute to various projects and conduct ad-hoc analyses, demonstrating a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience: Substantial experience in Credit Control departments, with a proven track record of success.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in handling high-volume, low-value credit control scenarios, with strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP function and Pivot Tables.
- Soft Skills: Communicate confidently, persuasively, and with clarity, building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. Possess strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities, exceling in multitasking and managing competing priorities under tight deadlines.
