SOLICITORS REGULATION AUTHORITY is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Decisions Specialist to join its team. As an Adjudicator, you will play a crucial role in making regulatory decisions that protect the public interest and mitigate risk.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with significant experience in decision-making and a deep understanding of regulatory law. You will have excellent analytical and drafting skills, with the ability to influence and argue coherently. Additionally, you will possess strong communication skills and be able to build relationships and trust with staff and colleagues at all levels.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with one to two days spent in the office and the remainder working from home. You can be based in our Birmingham, Cardiff, or London offices, with some travel required to other SRA locations. We welcome applicants seeking a balance between their personal and professional life and are open to considering part-time work arrangements.

Salary for this role is estimated to be around £63,742-£70,116, depending on location.
