We are seeking a Claims Operations Manager to work closely with London market stakeholders and the Claims Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive Management Information (MI) to aid performance oversight of the claims function.
- Recommend new strategies and ensure they are embedded into the framework.
- Use Power BI to implement new MI reporting.
- Provide operational oversight of the claims team.
- Manage and lead new initiatives and projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of insurance claims operations.
- MI & Analysis experience.
- Lloyds market experience.
- Experience of developing new MI reporting.
- Coaching and supervisory skills.
