Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and communicative Reception Support Assistant to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our Primary Care Centre team, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and support.

This is a bank role, allowing you to choose your shifts and work flexibly. However, we do require you to be available to work evenings and weekends to support our Out Of Hours services.

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the smooth running of our Primary Care Centres.
  • Providing efficient and professional patient care.
  • Effective telephone communication with patients, Doctors, and central base.
  • Maintaining the appointment system and ensuring it runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in administration and customer service.
  • Proficiency in using computer software, particularly Excel and Word.
