About the Job:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The National Autistic Society. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Day Service and driving our vision of a society that works for autistic people.

Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional care and support, leading on absence management, championing person-centred approaches, and overseeing administrative duties. You will also build strong relationships with external agencies to enhance the support and opportunities available to the individuals we serve.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong and compassionate leader with experience in supervising staff and managing services. You should be committed to person-centred approaches and passionate about empowering autistic people. You will need to be organised, detail-focussed, and confident in handling administrative responsibilities.
