We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management of construction sites to achieve required project delivery to customer objectives while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have successful experience at a management engineering level in construction (on site) specifically in civil engineering and/or utilities, demonstrated application of growing commercial and contractual knowledge, and significant civil engineering technology knowledge with previous experience.

This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and expertise required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise subcontractors, assistant, and site engineers ensuring they understand RAMS before commencing work.
  • Check shift engineers' setting out methods and techniques to ensure correctness and adherence to responsibilities.
  • Maintain reasonable survey book standards and daily diaries by supporting engineers and their manager.
  • Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that 3D information drawings and specification documents contain sufficient accurate information for construction of works.
