About the Role

Synergi Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multi-skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining, calibrating, repairing, and setting up production and utility equipment.
  • Meeting business objectives by completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Participating in shift handovers and project meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining and utilizing regulatory and non-regulatory documentation to drive quality and efficiency.
  • Providing technical support to other departments as needed.
  • Continuously improving engineering processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards for parts and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated engineering expertise in food, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals sectors.
  • Apprenticeship completion or equivalent experience.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing shifts, including 24/7 rotations.
  • Aptitude for either mechanical or electrical engineering disciplines.
Compensation and Benefits
