Saturday Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Saturday Supervisor to join our team at Screwfix Direct Ltd in Lincolnshire.

As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing weekend operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading by example.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Store Standards: Maintain high store standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate team members, setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, maintaining accurate records and reporting discrepancies.
• Sales Targets: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
