About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Manager to join our team at Twinings Ovo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the continuous improvement of our business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Business Units to maintain a detailed understanding of their performance, commercial challenges, and operations.
  • Provide high-quality financial and commercial resources to support the delivery of our business agenda.
  • Support our CEO and CFO in reviews with Business Units.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our Business Units, markets, consumer dynamics, competitive responses, and strategic options.
  • Lead or support the build of CEO/CFO quarterly presentations to our Board.
  • Review period reporting from Business Units and Group Finance teams, pulling together top-line summaries for our Board.
  • Design and maintain value-adding reporting processes and analysis tools for our Group.
  • Anticipate and meet the information requirements of our senior leadership team.
  • Lead or provide functional lead on major projects across the Group, including investment and acquisition evaluations, business development, efficiency reviews, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant financial qualification.
  • Significant commercial experience, including international business planning and analysis.
  • Previous experience working with senior non-finance managers.
  • FMCG experience highly desirable.
  • Experience providing complex business information to senior management.
  • Experience with project evaluation, including supply and overhead.
  • Experience critically reviewing the effectiveness of investments with less predictable returns.
  • Highly analytical and detail-conscious, with the ability to spot trends and distil issues effectively.
  • Understanding of differing pricing strategies.
  • Experience reviewing or auditing control environments.
  • Project management experience helpful.
  • Experience working in a decentralised and/or matrix business desirable.
  • High drive/ambition, with rapid career progression and FD potential.
