About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Midwife to join our team at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. As a Registered Midwife, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to expectant mothers and their families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of women, partners, families, and carers, providing personalized care and support throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate standards of evidence-based midwifery care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for mothers and babies.
  • Provide full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations, and screening, to promote healthy pregnancies and healthy outcomes.
  • Identify high-risk pregnancies and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:
