Job Summary:

Omega Resource Group is seeking a recent Graduate of a Technical discipline to join our team as a Product Development Manager. This is an outstanding opportunity to support a wider Product Management team and contribute to the development of commercial, marketing, and technical matters.

About the Role:

  • Produce technical content into customer/benefits-led output.
  • Maintain marketing and sales collateral, user guides, FAQs, and sales fact sheets.
  • Assist in product marketing launch of new products and services.
  • Assist in driving new products or services across the company.
  • Support product evaluations and provide technical product expertise internally.
  • Support sales with customer meetings, demos, and events.
  • Requirements capture for internal and external software development projects.
  • Project Management of in-house projects.
  • Conduct training internally for both sales, support, and customer-facing positions.
  • Product competitor analysis and comparison.
  • Support the development of customer interfacing systems such as requirement specifications, testing, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Technology degree.
  • Good knowledge of IP networking.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Understanding of Project Management concepts.
  • Intermediate level or above with Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
