About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cash Management Expert to join our team at Elvie. This is a temporary 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage direct cash flow activities, including month-end delivery of key reconciliations and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Lead a team of two to ensure timely payments across employees, clients, and suppliers, as well as proactive management of cash collection from customers.
Requirements
  • Expertise in P2P and O2C processes, specifically with Tipalti.
  • Familiarity with banking portals and ERP platforms, such as NetSuite.
  • Solid accounting skills and experience in preparing balance sheets reconciliations, including bank, AR, and AP.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing reporting and benefitting from our new P2P system to prepare aged AR and AP reporting for senior stakeholders across the business. You will also support the day-to-day management of our bank processes, including utilizing any banking facilities in place.

As a leader, you will build strong relationships across the business to ensure that queries are proactively managed to resolution. You will also drive process improvement across P2P, O2C, and banking, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our financial operations.
