Job Description:

As a Graduate Equity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our investment team, conducting research, analysing market trends, and providing valuable insights to support our investment strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting in-depth research on companies, industries, and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.

Analysing financial statements, earnings releases, and other relevant information to evaluate the financial health and performance of companies.

Developing financial models and forecasts to assess the value and growth potential of investments.

Monitoring and interpreting market data and news to identify emerging trends and risks that may impact investment decisions.

Collaborating with senior analysts and portfolio managers to present investment recommendations and contribute to the overall investment strategy.

Participating in team meetings and discussions to share insights and contribute to the investment decision-making process.

Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends that may impact investment strategies.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of research, analysis, and investment recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, conduct in-depth research, and generate actionable insights.

Solid understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.

Proficiency in using financial databases, research tools, and software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Excel).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
