Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior project managers with all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
  • Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track project progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing solutions to mitigate them.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of project methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the department.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mind with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
