Senior Estate Agency Manager

About the Role
As a Senior Estate Agency Manager at haart, you will be responsible for leading a team of property experts in delivering exceptional service to our clients. With a strong focus on generating new and repeat business, you will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, negotiate offers, and ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
- Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
- Encouraging team development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
- Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and communities
- Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Attention to detail
What We Offer
- £50,000 per year, complete on-target earnings
- £22,000 to £25,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline
