About the Role

Global Veterinary Careers is excited to present a new opportunity for Out of Hours (OOH) Veterinary Surgeons with a strong interest in Emergency & Critical Care. This role is based at a leading multidisciplinary referral centre located in a vibrant region of the UK.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where top-quality patient care is the priority. As an integral part of the team, you'll work closely with experienced Vets at Night teams, providing essential out-of-hours support to specialist-led referral teams across various disciplines.

The team is supported by a skilled group of Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants, working on a 7-night on, 14-night off rota. Flexible working patterns can also be considered for the right candidate. The centre offers a competitive base salary, a £5000 welcome bonus, and a range of benefits, including:

To be considered, you'll need to be a MRCVS with up to date CPD, a great team player, and a minimum of 4 years UK practice experience. An Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) certificate and relevant experience would be beneficial, but the centre is also open to supporting ECC studies for candidates seeking to develop their skills.
