Job Overview

The Healthcare Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting patients with physical health monitoring in primary care settings.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

A key responsibility of the Healthcare Support Specialist is to undertake and record physical health checks, including height and weight measurements, blood pressure, temperature, and pulse readings, as well as pulse oximeter readings and peak flow measurements.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for recognising and reporting changes in patients' physical, mental health, and behaviour, and providing support to maintain their physical and mental wellbeing.

Estimated Salary: £22,720.00 per year.
