Castle Vets Pet Healthcare Centre is a large, single centre, small animal veterinary practice dedicated to caring for the pets of Reading and the surrounding areas for over 100 years. We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Small Animal Veterinary Practice Manager.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the practice. As a Small Animal Veterinary Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced veterinarians and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the practice, including scheduling and staff management
  • Lead a team of experienced veterinarians and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and success
