The Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused Territory Sales Engineer to join our team, responsible for sales across our materials characterisation product range.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage existing customers and generate new accounts through prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up.
  2. Effectively manage territories with direct responsibility for sales projects and negotiations.
  3. Visit customer sites regularly to give sales presentations, perform instrument demonstrations, and train customers on the correct use of their equipment.
  4. Requires at least two years' experience and demonstrable success in selling analytical instruments into various industries, including pharmaceutical, food and beverage, petro/chemical, and academia.
  5. Ability to effectively communicate with laboratory managers, PhD-level scientists, and technicians.
  6. Availability to travel throughout the defined territory, the UK, and occasional overseas visits for training and business meetings.
  7. Located in the South West of England with easy access to the main road network and holding a full UK driving licence.
