About the Position

HireIQ is seeking a Debt Recovery Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and collecting Accounts Receivable efficiently.

  • Develop and implement strategies to recover debts quickly and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to build trust and resolve issues.

We offer a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Verify credit ratings and assess creditworthiness to inform business decisions.
  2. Set and monitor credit limits to ensure financial stability.
  3. Maintain accurate customer files and provide information to senior management to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' recent experience in Credit Control or a related field.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications to analyze data and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build trust with customers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and make sound decisions to drive business growth.
