Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinator, supporting the Contract Delivery Manager and Project Managers in managing programme operations within assigned distribution areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving programme delivery, ensuring work meets high standards, and fostering collaboration with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Successfully complete all project coordinator duties, including creating and processing project costings and job packs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain efficient communication with assigned project managers and relevant action taken to ensure projects are processed in good time for smooth and efficient project delivery.
  • Traffic Management: Booking and tracking of all traffic management works on projects.
  • Project Monitoring: Tracking project delivery in terms of volumes and desktop quality audits.
  • Reporting and Communication: Timely and effective reporting and communication through to the CDM.
Requirements
  • IT Proficiency: Proficient and competent IT skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Basic commercial understanding.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-developed organizational skills.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience). We believe in recognizing individual contributions and have a performance-related bonus scheme in place.
