  • Assist in incident management and root cause analysis
  • Prepare training for colleagues on legal and commercial matters
  • Collaborate with finance and credit control on debt collection matters

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High attention to detail
