Our culinary team is at the heart of this mission, and we are seeking an experienced Cafe Chef to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and menu development, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes to our customers.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with our chefs and kitchen staff to create innovative and delicious menus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve excellent results
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a chef or in a related role
• Strong knowledge of menu planning, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
