Regulatory Affairs Director

Salary: £150,000 - £220,000 per annum

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented Regulatory Affairs Director to join our team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on complex regulatory matters, develop business strategies, and lead a team to achieve business objectives.

As a key member of our legal team, you will work closely with the lead Partner and senior management to drive the firm's strategy and manage client relationships. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing business strategies, attending management meetings, and providing updates on team progress.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and success.
• Advise clients on complex regulatory matters and provide high-quality legal advice.
• Lead a team to achieve business objectives and meet fee targets.
• Manage a complex caseload and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Monitor team performance and use data and technology to improve team performance.
• Help with business development by building client relationships and finding new opportunities.
