Job Description

This challenging yet rewarding opportunity as a SEN Specialist in Havering requires a motivated and experienced First-Class Psychology Graduate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students with a range of SEN, working closely with the class teacher to deliver effective educational programs.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support to students.
  • Developing and implementing individualised plans in collaboration with education professionals.
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • A First-Class Psychology Degree from a leading UK university.
  • Previous experience supporting children, especially in an SEN setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
