NDT Immersion Expert

Metalis Engineering Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced NDT Immersion Expert to join our team in Rotherham. As an NDT Immersion Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of aerospace components.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing inspections using immersion ultrasonic equipment and techniques. You will also be responsible for validating and maintaining laboratory equipment, setting up and calibrating equipment, performing tests, interpreting and evaluating results, and documenting and reporting on your findings.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working within an engineering and/or laboratory environment. A Level 2 qualification in Ultrasonic inspection, preferably with experience in Immersion Inspection, is required. Additionally, you should have a basic knowledge of relevant product manufacturing and inspection technology.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus shift allowance. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and contribute to the growth and development of our company.
