Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • High levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals
  • A passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers
  • Collaborative skills with a team-centered approach
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
  • Great communication skills to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive base salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a substantial performance-based annual bonus as well as many other fantastic Boots benefits, including a double-matched Retirement savings plan, reimbursement of GPhC fees, indemnity insurance cover, social, financial, healthcare, and dental benefits, employee discounts, and more.
