About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Lincolnshire County Council. As a key member of our public health team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to families and individuals across the county.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including clinics, nurseries, and family homes.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including Early Years teams, Early Help, Housing, and Social Care, to achieve optimal health outcomes for children and young people.
  • Develop and implement effective health promotion strategies to support the well-being of families and communities.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of public health programs and services that address the needs of vulnerable populations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (paediatric/adult/mental health/learning disabilities) with a current NMC registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to travel across the county, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
