About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a unique community-based inpatient setting. As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with service users who have complex and challenging needs following brain injury. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing person-centred rehabilitation that is evidence-based.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to service users with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct assessments and risk assessments to identify service users' needs and goals
  • Develop and implement interventions to promote independence and participation in social, leisure, and vocational activities
  • Supervise and train others as needed
About You

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who has a strong background in neurological rehabilitation. You will have excellent communication and report writing skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and manage a complex caseload. A valid UK driving licence is also essential.
