  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to the school building and outdoor areas, including grounds and facilities.

  • Provide a high level of customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the school community, including staff, students, and parents, to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management plans, ensuring the school site meets the needs of the school community.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to carry out manual handling tasks and work at heights, as required.
