We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at GB Recruitment (England, Scotland, Wales). As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering alcohol to licensed premises in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver alcohol to licensed premises on a Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Work with a drivers mate in a two-person team, handling physical tasks and delivering across the region from a Gloucester Tradeteam DC.
  • Drive in accordance with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
  • Comply with health and safety standards, adhering to The Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Be physically fit, as manual handling is required, and be comfortable working in a two-person team.
  • At least 6 months of actual HGV driving experience is preferred for this role.
