Job Description

The Pharmacist in Charge - Anticoagulation and Haemoglobinopathy will lead and manage the delivery of specialist clinical pharmacy services, including clinics and hyperacute units, to Anticoagulation and Haemoglobinopathy Services. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of specialist clinical pharmacy services, including clinics and hyperacute units
  • Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and contribute to the strategic planning of the pharmacy department
  • Develop and deliver training programs for pharmacy staff and multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage projects and audits related to Anticoagulation and Haemoglobinopathy Services
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with substantial post-registration experience as a clinical pharmacist practitioner, preferably in anticoagulation or haemoglobinopathy. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
