How You Can Impact The Business

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment that guarantees repeat business.
  • Craft outstanding cups of coffee every time, using your barista skills to offer a quality experience.
  • Exceed store KPIs through upselling, demonstrating your resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Work with your team to maintain health and safety, cleanliness, and high standards across the store.
  • Contribute to team achievements by being aware of the Costa Check criteria and NPS.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling procedures, using your till operation skills to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
