Year 3 Educator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering lessons in accordance with the Year 3 curriculum, ensuring all pupils are engaged and challenged.
Assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and valued.
Working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and build strong home-school relationships.
Contributing to the wider school community and participating in school activities and events.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Year 3 or Key Stage 2.
A strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for creating an engaging learning environment.
A commitment to professional development and a desire to make a positive impact in the classroom.
