Description of Job Duties:

The Multi-Skilled Operations Specialist at ARMS INNOVATIONS LIMITED will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production, automation, and plant facilities. This will include achieving production targets, managing procedures, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, driving continuous improvement, repairing equipment and automated machinery, documenting and reporting issues, and collaborating effectively with other teams and departments.

The ideal candidate will have relevant engineering experience, minimum NVQ Level 3, with strong technical knowledge in relevant fields. They will be able to understand the importance of safety procedures and regulations, as well as industrial networks and control systems.

The estimated salary for this position is £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including full PPE, company uniform, tools and devices supplied, subsidised meals, employee appreciation, break-out area, team building events, life assurance, and 23 days paid holiday.
