Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Logix Shapers. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing processes and improving quality for the design, development, and maintenance of Software Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal staff to optimize processes and improve quality for Software Systems.
  • Learn and understand operational systems, consult with business and technical teams to develop requirements for improvements.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications for technical teams to develop system modifications.
  • Prepare diagrams explaining modifications for technical staff and executive management.
  • Propose alternative solutions balancing cost and benefit, ensuring business and technical compatibility and performance.
  • Drive consistent project delivery through the project lifecycle, tracking and exporting project metrics, and ensuring Agile principles are practiced.
  • Must have technical experience in Test Plan/Storyboard/Requirements and requirements elicitation, storyboard development, wireframe preparation, test planning, and test execution.

Requirements:

  • Agile Business Analyst with strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies (5 years required).
  • Well-versed in Scrum, Agile, Scaled Agile, and Kanban methodologies (5 years required).
  • Technical experience in organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs (5 years required).
  • Ability to analyze and document business and system processes (3 years required).
  • Prior State of VA IT Business Analyst experience strongly preferred.
