As a seasoned Commercial Contracts Advisor, you will serve as the primary legal advisor to the Europe Executive and Senior Leadership Teams. Your role will involve providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of matters, including complex commercial contracts, procurement, competition law, regulatory issues, and M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
  • Provide legal guidance on regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters to business teams.
  • Advise on litigation and regulatory disputes, managing external counsel when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing, advertising, and brand licensing regulations.

You will have 8-10 years PQE with experience in a fast-paced, in-house legal team. Expertise in Commercial Contracts is essential, with proven ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.

A UK & Wales / Ireland / NZ / Aus / SA Qualified Solicitor is required, with industry experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Facilities, Retail, FMCG, or food sector preferred. Travel flexibility is also essential, as you will need to be willing to travel across Northern Ireland and Great Britain.

The company offers a competitive salary, estimated at £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus a 20% bonus potential. This role requires you to be based in West London, five days a week.
