Mortgage Advisor Job Opportunity

Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Portsmouth, working in our well-known Mann and Co Estate Agency Branch.

We are looking for a results-driven individual who has the skills, attributes, and drive to improve our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. They will be resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business, while achieving professional goals within a result-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Comfortable generating new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate with MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
