Automotive Paint Specialist

Drive Recruiting is seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a bodyshop environment, with a strong background in preparing vehicles for painting. Responsibilities include buffing, polishing, and priming surfaces, as well as conducting quality checks to ensure a high standard of finish. The successful candidate will be a team player, able to work independently and meet deadlines. A full UK driver's license and City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive Bodyshop Repair are essential qualifications. Additional experience with ATA Qualifications is a plus. If you have the skills and experience required for this role, we would love to hear from you.

**What We Offer:**

* Full-time, permanent position
* Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm
* Basic salary up to £45,000 + bonus

**Requirements:**

* Current or recent bodyshop experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer
* Full UK driver's license
* Ability to work in a team and independently
* Own tools required
* Achieve deadlines and targets set by the bodyshop manager
* City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive Bodyshop Repair
* ATA Qualification a plus
* Previous bodyshop Paint Sprayer experience essential
